Hana Sutch from Furthermore will be joining a panel at this year’s Service Design Fringe Festival in London. The event is running from 18-20 October 2018 at various locations including The Foundry.

Hana will be joining leaders in the Service Design field to discuss what it takes to make change happen with service design? Including the challenges, achievements and failures when introducing service design to organisations and getting buy-in from C-level? The panel discussion will be facilitated by Ross Breadmore, from Lloyds.

The other amazing panellists include: Cate Care, Design Team Lead at Public Health England, Blaise Galinier, Creative Director and UX strategist at the BBC and Jessica Leitch from IdeanUK.
